Yesterday I posted some pictures of leftover fabric pieces — Some just shedded strips — and said that you can make something, even with the least of them. So here is what I’ve made. Actually, they are not quite finished, but I wanted to upload the pictures.
Aiden is almost 4 months old — he should be getting ready to play with toys, or at least grab them and put into his mouth. So with all the pieces of fabric I cut 2-1/2" Squares, added a bit of applique from the smaller pieces of fabric, stitched and then stuffed with the small strips and pieces of batting — Voila! Building Blocks.
If you look close, there are pins in a couple and 5 of them are not stuffed yet. So I have a bit more work to do. But the blocks also have a message!
