Well, it’s beginning to look like Winter may be on the way out and Spring may actually arrive! Temperatures have been warmer and the precipitation that we’ve been getting has been in the form of rain. Driving around yesterday there are still some dirty mounds of snow that are resisting the warmer weather.
My Christmas Amaryllis surprised us – it’s blooming!
- Quiltmaker’s 100 Blocks, Volume 11 – It’s over! I’ve tested 14 blocks and now they are in the hands of the editors and all those other people that make the patterns turn into a magazine. Now we wait. During the Blog Tour in April or May, I’ll be able to unveil the blocks that I made.

- Fabric Café – No stitching for Fabric Café this week. They’ve been busy at two shows – one in Dallas, TX,

and the other in Atlanta, GA.

Who says you can’t be in two places at once!
- Hand Stitching – I actually got to go to my Hand Stitching group this week. This is the first time I’ve been able to attend in months. It felt so great to get with my sewing friends and catch up. I worked on an English Paper Piecing project – my first.
- Stitching this Week – I didn’t get to sit at a sewing machine this week. I did some cleaning and organizing in my sewing room. I pulled out several projects in various stages of completion – you know, UFOs (Unfinished Objects). I also did come cutting in preparation for sewing this week.
Hope you got some stitching in this week! Remember…

Happy Stitching!
