Today we celebrate Easter – Hallelujah! Christ is Risen!

Happy Easter to all my friends & family.

Spring seems to finally have arrived, and April is being true to the rhyme – April Showers Bring May Flowers!  Well, at least it isn’t Snow!

What a difference a couple of days make!

This week has been a busy week.  Some cutting, some sewing and even some completions!

• Fabric Café – Donna is rewriting 8 favorite patterns, especially for Children’s Quilts.  I’ve been busy editing them and making a few samples.

I made 6 Easter Baskets for some special kids – I’ve actually made something from a pattern I posted in my Friday Finds last year!  I made a couple of practice baskets and posted those pictures last week.

 Love this pattern!  It works up quick.  I did not include handles, but they could have easily been added.  These were made with pillow-cased & quilted 14” squares.  A great time to practice my FMQ (Free-Motion Quilting).

Added a couple of bunnies for a neighbor little girl.

Forgot to take a picture of one of them because I gave it to a neighbor toddler on Friday when I had a ‘play date’ with him.
