Christmas Eve (in Washington) 2017

The tree is decorated, the packages are wrapped & under the tree.  No more shopping to be done.

Christmas Tree

Again, a quiet holiday for our family.  No little ones around. Family members that work retail are limited in time to travel for the holidays. Today is watching (sleeping through) football games & holiday movies or listening to Christmas Carols.  One I especially like is “Christmas Eve in Washington” by Maura Sullivan which was first played on WMZQ Radio in Washington, DC Christmas 1982. Click Here to read the story about this song.

A little bit of cooking today with much more cooking tomorrow.  In the morning will be checking out the Yule Log You Tubes and on TV while listening to Christmas Carols.

Wishing you time with family & loved ones,

Peace, Love & Joy!
