I’m still spending part of my “Sewing Time” trying to organize my sewing room, unfinished projects and expected projects. I’m trying to do better with my time so I can feel that I am accomplishing things and not just feel like I’m going in circles.
I’ve been making lists and charts. As I clean in my sewing room, I keep finding more and more that needs to be done, so I keep adding them to my lists.
Continue readingSee me doing a Happy Dance! I’ve been very productive this month and was able to complete both my UFO Challenge and my OMG project before the end of the month.
We had a quiet day at home yesterday, thanks to the 6″ of snow that started falling about 7:00 am. For snow storms this has been manageable. Due to warming temperatures, it eventually turned to rain and should be gone before Sunday when temps are to be near 70(F). This winter has been a roller coaster of cold/warm, snow/rain.
So excited! I’m stitching along with Fat Quarter Shop’s Charity Quilt Along to benefit Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central & South Texas. Each year Kimberly of the Fat Quarter Shop shares a Quilt Along and requests a donation to different charitable groups. This year a different block will be released on the 1st & 15th from February to June.
Continue reading I’ve had something nice to look at while hand stitching. My DH gave me some flowers for Valentine’s Day and plans are for a lunch at Olive Garden.
