Busy Week

I prefer to be a homebody and would rather stay home than leave the house and run around. Unfortunately this has not been a stay-at-home kind of week.

Physical Therapy is still going on two days a week. I’m in less pain unless I move the wrong way too fast or too far. Many of my “normal” activities are returning to the way they were, but my range of motion and muscle strength still need work.

Monday and Wednesday were PT days plus Tuesday was a dentist follow-up visit, Thursday was Stitching Group and Friday was grocery shopping & renewal of an ID. I tried to do a few errands while we were out on each day.

Fabric Cafe Sample Tops – November 2025

I have been testing patterns and making display examples for Fabric Cafe since 2011. Before Covid the finished quilts would be disolayed at Quilt Shows across the country. Now the quilts are highlighted on the Tuesday & Thursday YouTube videos.

“I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for all.”

Fabric Cafe Sample Tops – September 2025

I always have time for a box of 3-yard Bundles, and sometimes 5-yard Bundles, from Fabric Cafe. I like to say I Postal Commute. They send me fabric bundles via FedEx and I return Sample Tops I made after testing the pattern.

Current Fabric Cafe Project

I have to wait to share what I make until either the pattern or fabric is officially released. Last year I tested 20 patterns – Seventeen 3-yard tops and three 5-yard tops.
